As it is February...

So February, I like February it is a nice short month. Yes I have to pay my bills a bit earlier, and yes time literally flies. But it is still a nice month, and the weather is usually amazing in February. The only thing that is a bit crazy is Valentine's day. Now I usually have no problem with it. If I am single I go out with other single friends and have a sorta Anti-Valentine Day celebration. If I have some one; obviously we go out that day. No biggie just another Hallmark endorsed holiday. But what I really can't stand about Valentine's day , is the desperation that seems to take hold of single people. It's like they realize just then that they are single and it's the most horrible discovery ever. So naturally they set out on this mission to find somebody. Which by all means whatever floats your boat. Just you know, leave me out of it. I mean if I'm single and I meet somebody that happens to want to ask me out and it's around that time that's fine. What I don't like is when it's single friends I've pretty much known for years and we have been aware of each others singleness for that long. Then all of a sudden around February they want to ask me out and be with me. I mean I know sometimes friendship becomes something else with time. Trust me I get that. Somebody I just never imagined being with all of a sudden I start to like because of the qualities (in my case)he has presented over time. BUT suspiciously around Valentine's I start getting asked out. I mean come on. Do you really think I will say yes? I don't want to be with you because you don't want to be alone!! I want to be with somebody who wants me, just me!! You know we all deserve the real thing. To have that person we can't stop thinking about. That person we worry over, we can't quiet breathe when we think about them etc etc blah blah blah. You know the drill it is sappy and cheesy but it's what we all want. I personally think it's what we all deserve. No one wants to be the person someone settled for and no one should have to settle for someone they don't truly want . It is unfair both ways. So if you are single be single. Let the sparks set off naturally don't try and force a commitment. Trust me it seems like it at times, but you won't end up alone.  If you truly want to marry and have a family, you will. But it isn't something you should rush or lose sleep over. Just you know let it be. Or at the very least let ME be.

People Zombie

Till quite recently I hated zombies. They creeped me out far more than any other thing that goes thunk in the night. Then came Halloween and I decided I was tired of the sexy something or another and I was going to try out something far more appropriate. Thanks to Hollywood recently sinking their little greedy teeth into the whole Twilight vampire euphoria, there was no way I was going to be a vampire. So that was out. Witch was out too, even though Harry Potter managed to not create a witch/wizard craze I think we can all agree that witch is over done. I also wanted to go all out and look totally crazy and scary. That is when,despite my earlier disposition, I decided to be a zombie. I youtubed how to apply the make-up and I put together an outfit mostly all thanks to Wal-Mart my crazy people gorging hoe-bag store. And tada!!

 

Yup I am so very pleased at myself!!  I also have no idea where I was going with this topic. So I will bid you adieu as it is Friday and I am totally thankful to the man upstairs for this and apparently the thought of the weekend makes me go off on random tangents. 

Brain Stew

So for awhile now I've been thinking about the state California. I mean seriously we don't ever stop to see this or we do but we just shrug it off,  BUT California controls the world. The US isn't a strong nation of one it's just one manipulative state. Yes it can be argued that Hollywood is really to blame. I say that is just too simple of an explanation. Sure Hollywood is the brain of it all but it is still in California. I mean come on the whole state elected a movie star who till this day I doubt anyone can understand what it is he is actually saying, as their governor. And NO it isn't like Regan you disbelieving buffoons. Regan was an exception to many rules. There is something to be said about both of them being Republican BUT that is a  a topic for a different day. So as I've been pondering this and yes I have nothing better to do; deal with it. I was watching Chelsea Latley, and on a side note I love Chelsea Handler, she is the best entertainer I have seen in awhile and she loves Vodka. Someday I hope to grow up just like her. Ok anyway back to what I was saying, Chelsea mentioned that Florida is a crazy state filled with crazy people. While Florida is a crazy state filled with crazy people, we should not by any means be looked down upon by California. California who feels that people should only be judged by how skinny they are in proportion to their heads and who forces us to the horror that is reality TV. They have given us plagues like Speidi and ugly trends which people follow. So yes most of it is our fault for allowing it. Not much can be done anyway. My only beef is leave Florida alone. We are the cooler of the year round warm states. Yes we can't decide which president we voted for, and yes we are probably the sole reason we all got stuck with Bush for eight years (republicans rejoice.. yuck) we have really bad drivers, and people are going to be rude to you every where you go. But we don't want you here so if you have a problem with us just don't visit. We promise we won't ever try to make stew out of your brain by forcing you to watch us constantly, and if you do still visit,  here are some cool things to know. We are the only state you have to head north to head south, and we have alligators. Plus head to south Florida and you are pretty much in a different country with out the hassle of a passport mmhmm.Take that Cali take that.

Hello Blogging World

Hello!! So this is my first time doing something like this, Oh wait no it isn't I went through a series of Livejournal, Myspace,  Facebook, and  Twitter. All annoying all dis-activated. Well except Facebook since people have lost the ability to have a party, or just hangout with out having to use Facebook. The art of giving someone a call or sending invites through the mail is over my friends. So unless you want to hear about the super cool party that Johnny had from Susy the annoying know it all, you must keep a Facebook. It is too late to change back to the old ways, so no complaining because it is already too late. 
Anyway I've wanted to write a blog for awhile now. Why? Because I feel like what I have to say is important! Kind of like everybody else in this planet. I mean that is the whole reason we have all those social networking sites to begin with right? We all want to force our selves on others even if it's via virtual websites. I am Maria hear me roar!! Regardless that my roaring is annoying and really rather dull you will still hear me roar!! For you are weak to the temptation of what it is I'm roaring about!
Don't blame yourself we can't help but stick our noses in others business. Yes they are asking to be nosed by parading their lives on a social network. But come on? If we weren't so darn nosy would we really even have a social network profile?? Maybe, because we still all think we are special and what we have to say is important; and we are special. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. It's just, we're all special.You are "unique" as is your neighbor.
So here goes my blog. I will blog about what ever it is I feel needs to be openly discussed and you are free to make of it what you like.
